We’re pleased to showcase the latest generation of GFS components that were designed and manufactured to our specific criteria. Many of these components were designed exclusively by GFS from the ground up for SVO, and the specific requirements that provide a trouble free experience.

1 ) GFS Adjustable Purge Controller
All GFS systems come with our 3V valve set and our adjustable quik purge capabilities.  By controling our purge valve with GFS’s exclusive adjstable delay relay it allows you to fine tune your purge time for your specific vehicle.) The 3V assembly is controlled with a marine grade 3 position lighted switch. ON-OFF-Momentary. On for Vegetable oil, Off for diesel, and when you hit the momentary switch it triggers our exclusive GFS adjustable purge relay that flushes the engine with diesel and returns the vegetable oil to the appropriate tank. Once the purge is complete the light goes out, and you are on diesel.

2) 3V Triple Valve Set
Our popular GV 10 valve has been redesigned. All aluminum construction with banjo fittings all the way around. Now mounted on a sturdy stainless steel bracket with multiple mounting holes for easy installation. All valves come with a weather tight wiring harness with 10 foot lead wires. Each wiring harness has an LED at the valve so you can confirm that you have power to the valve. The heart of the New GFS system is the 3V Assembly. Our new 3 Valve assembly offers ultimate control of your return flow. Looped when on vegetable oil, Return to Vegetable oil tank for purge and return to the diesel tank when running diesel.

3) Gauges
All systems come with a fuel level gauge and a vacuum gauge. The vacuum gauge lets you know the health of your filters.

4) Heat Exchanger
Our tig welded aluminum heat exchangers heat the fuel in the tank and also heat the fuel pickup so that even on the coldest of days your oil will flow unrestricted from the tank.

5) Trekker Tanks
Our tried and true Trekker tank Series is made from Cross linked polyethylene with UV inhibitors. Virtually indestructible. (See video) All aluminum heat exchanger with heated pick-up tube. Molded into the tank are threaded brass inserts for mounting filters, pumps, and whatever else your custom installation may require. Bolt don tabs are powder coated. Newly redesigned access ports will now support a filter bag. These tanks have a lifetime warranty.

6) Vented Fuel Cap
The 2″ vented fuel cap allows you easy access to fill your tank. The 40 and 60 gallon trekker tanks also have a 6″ cap which allows you a large access port to the inside of your tank.

7) Fuel Sending Unit
Our magnetic induction fuel senders are reliable and proven to work well with vegetable oil.

8) Lift Pump
For vehicles requiring an auxiliary lift pump we use a rugged gear pump designed for use with SVO.

9) Filter Heater Wrap
Our heater wraps have been redesigned with a lower amperage draw and when used with our exclusive filter insulators, provide ample heat to melt the contents of your filter even on the coldest of days.

10) SVO Fuel Filter
We use the best filter in the industry. Period. Filtration is all about surface area, and our filters have the most, by a long shot (click here for more information).  Our heated filters are insulated with a custom fit neoprene insulator, which allows us to use a heater that draws half the amperage of other heaters with the same performance.

11) Filter Insulator
Conserving the precious amps your vehicle is producing, this filter insulator works in concert with your filter heater to insure a hot flowing filter.

12) 4B Hose
Our exclusive 4B hose provides a coolant loop to your in tank heat exchanger while keeping your vegetable oil supply line hot from the tank to the engine.  Our exclusive hose consists of 2 – 1/2″ coolant lines, 1 – 3/8″  vegetable oil return hose and our exclusive 1 – 3/8″ clear view vegetable oil supply line.  This Clear View hose is the first clear vegetable oil fuel line that can withstand any type of fuel, pressure and heat and still retain it’s elasticity in cold weather.  This hose is an indispensable window into the flow of your fuel system and is an unparalleled educational and diagnostic tool.  It allows you to visually confirm what fuel you’re running on along with diagnosing air leaks and fuel flow problems. This hose also includes 3 – 12 gauge wires for your pump, sending unit and filter heaters allowing you to connect your system components in one easy step.  This fuel bundle is insulated and protected by a rugged rubberized PVC sheath.

13) Wiring Harness
Wiring your Golden Fuel System is easier and more straight forward than ever. With our exclusive GFS wire bundles connecting your gauges and switch in the cab of your vehicle to the wiring terminal is as simple as matching colors to numbers. Simply run the switch bundle and the gauge bundle through the firewall and connect your color coded wires to their appropriate terminals. No splicing, no guessing, a seperate wire for every terminal, color coded and straight forward.

14)  3 Position Switch

15) Terminal Junction
Our numbered terminal junction is the central wiring hub for your valves, pump, heater, sender, switch and gauges. As long as you can count and aren’t color blind, you will have no problem wiring your GFS system.

My wife and I went to southern Missouri to have our 1999 Mack diesel truck converted to run on used vegetable oil. My wife was very apprehensive about trying this on our expensive truck as it is our only means of income. When we arrived, Charlie and Perry were ready for us and explained the procedure. They made us feel very comfortable with what they were going to do, explaining things as they worked. They are pleasant men to be around and they work well together. Most of my wife's fears were put to rest. We have put over 11,000 miles on the truck since the change over and are well pleased with using waste veggie oil to fuel my truck. It has been a scramble each week to come up with the needed oil but we are developing a network of restaurants to meet the 370 gallons a week we are aiming for. side note: Ray reports that in 2004 alone he has traveled 117,200 miles, has burned 9,710 Gal. of Diesel and 11,352 Gal. of Veggie Oil for an average of 5.56 mpg.
