Unfortunately, the Liberties were plagued with transmission recalls, suspension recalls, and torque converter/ECM recalls among other issues. Although this vehicle exceeded sales expectations, DaimlerChrysler claims to have discontinued the Jeep Liberty with a CRD due to the 2008 emissions regulations. Due to the compounded issue of these inherent flaws and reliability concerns as well as the lack of qualified technicians in this country to work on this vehicle, GFS does not recommend purchasing this vehicle. The system we have developed for the Liberty is a very custom system. There is nothing in the cab/passenger area but the switch and a gauge. All the components are mounted under the vehicle or in the engine compartment. The custom fuel tank is a split tank design with 5 gallons for diesel and 15 gallons for SVO. There is one External Fuel level Gauge to read the SVO Level in the tank. The diesel fuel level will still read to the stock tank.. Both tanks are filled through the stock filler door. The Jeep Liberty Predator Programmer is also included to optimize fuel injection timing for SVO. This will result in increased fuel economy, horse-power and torque. This programmer has SVO Exclusive Software found in no other programmer.
