GFS Smart Switch
With the Golden Fuel Systems Smart Switch, all system controls and fuel switching occur automatically by a computer and sensor array that constantly monitors engine and fuel conditions. After installation, owner interaction is only required to fill up the tanks and change filters from time to time when prompted by the fuel pressure monitor. This makes conversion and maintenance easy. The smart switch system can be integrated into the generator control system so that the proper fuel is used at shut down and start up. It will also default to diesel if proper maintenance is not performed on the Biofuel system or other system failure occurs to protect the generator motor. When using 100% Biofuels with an unmanned generator the GFS Smart Switch is cheap insurance to guarantee proper operation and engine longevity. The Smart Switch will also integrate with other unmanned on demand style diesel engines including diesel irrigation pumps and more.

GFS1000FH Vegetable Fuel Filter
Was developed based on the Racor 1000 filter body which is the most robust commercial diesel engine filter on the market today. Overtime the proprietary development of this filter has led to the most reliable longest filter life in the Biofuel industry. The GFS1000 also prevents the passing of suspended water which protects the engine against common Biofuel refining mistakes. Filter life can be monitored by the GFS Smart Switch Controller and switch fuels at the first sign of fuel restriction or starvation.

GFS Commercial Valves
The valves are the heart of our commercial system so we built them so robust they carry a lifetime warranty. They will handle the fuel demands of any diesel engine that you can mount them to from Semi Tractor to locomotive and they are an exclusive product available only from Golden Fuel Systems. GFS Triple Bypass Hose
GFS’ Triple Bypass fuel hose consists of two 1/2"coolant hoses and a 3/8" Parker 100% Biofuel compatible fuel hose bundled together in a rubberized PVC sheath. This allows for maximized heat transfer to the fuel line and protection against chaffing. 3B is produced exclusively for GFS and meets our standards as well as DOT and Marine CFR standards for fuel line.

GFS Tank Heaters
GFS Tank heaters convert existing belly fuel tanks or bulk steel stationary tanks to be used with SVO or B100 so you do not have to buy an additional tank. This coolant-heated fuel pick-up accelerates switch-over times by using waste heat from the engine to maintain Biofuel temperatures. The stainless steel tube not only heats the oil as it is drawn up through the fuel pick-up, but also heats the tank as it radiates heat outward. In large tanks, we also use electricity generated by the generator to heat supply lines and custom insulation to retain heat in Biofuel Tank.

Installation
Installations start at $2,200 for an Automated System and increase as additional options are selected.
Automated stand alone system components start at $2,700 and increase as additional options are selected. Manual systems for back up or manned use start as low as $1,800 depending on generator size.
