GFS Triple Bypass Hose
GFS’ Triple Bypass fuel hose consists of two 1/2"coolant hoses and a 3/8" Parker fuel hose bundled together in a rubberized PVC sheath. This allows for maximized heat transfer to the fuel line protection against chaffing. This is produced exclusively for GFS by Parker Hannifin Corp. and meets our standards as well as DOT and Marine CFR standards.

GFS Trekker Tanks
Trekker Tanks were engineered to heat 100% Vegetable Oil based Biofuels to 175+ degrees as quickly and efficiently as possible using recaptured waste heat from your diesel engines coolant. Manufactured from Cross Linked Polyethylene with aluminum coolant-fed Heat Exchanger and Integrated Fuel Pick-up the Trekker Tank is an industry first and cost effective modular solution to Biofuel storage and heating in even the coldest climates. In addition to keeping Biofuel hot, the Trekker tanks are added in addition to your vehicles normal fuel system so your bus or RV can effectively triple its range travel before refueling so you can get to where you are going faster by stopping less.

GFS Smart Switch
With the Golden Fuel Systems Smart Switch, all system controls and fuel switching occur automatically by a computer and sensor array that constantly monitors engine and fuel conditions. The driver’s interaction is only required to fill up the tanks and change filters from time to time when prompted by the fuel pressure monitor. You have nothing to learn except how to identify good oil the Smart Switch does the rest. It will even purge the vegetable oil from the engine on shut down automatically preventing long term damage from common operator errors. This is an investment to assure your engine is protected from operator error.

Integrated One Shot or Double Shot System
Refine Vegetable oil as you drive. Simply gather the oil rapidly from a source into your unfiltered Biofuel trekker tank in just a few minutes with a simple transfer pump then drive away. As you drive, the dirty oil heats up in the Trekker tank where it is then pulled through a series of refining elements before it is finally deposited in your main trekker Biofuel tank to be burned as needed. The entire process can be monitored from inside the cab as you travel or can be automated into the GFS smart switch so it occurs automatically. Again, all you need to do is find oil and fill the tank and change filter elements periodically. It just does not get any easier or quicker than this.
