Great Suction Strainer for the end of any collection/transfer or filtration pump set-up. This PVC/Stainless Steel Suction Strainer has ¾” MPT molded thread to allow for any size hose Barb x ¾” MPT Fitting. 20 mesh screen if fine enough to filter out corn meal, French Fries and small mammals, but large enough not to restrict flow to the pump. An absolute must for any SVO system, this hose was designed exclusively by Golden Fuel Systems for SVO use. The hose is comprised of two 1/2" coolant hoses extruded with one 3/8” fuel line and 4 wires to control all necessary electrical components of your SVO system and all of this is encased in ¼” Rubberized PVC sheath for insulation and protection. The convenience of combining all of these into one hose so you only have to rout one line from your SVO tank to your engine makes installation even easier. The two ½” hot water lines act as supply from the engine to the SVO tank and then from the SVO tank to the engine. This keeps the SVO hot at all operating times. Utilizing the heat that the engine produces is the most efficient and safe way to heat larger volumes of SVO. The rubberized PVC sheath and hoses are extremely durable and as the hoses are in a Hose-on-Hose configuration, there is no chance of contamination between fuel and water. This hose can be run under the car without fear of rupture or failure.

This flexible, foam insulator is designed to help keep your vegetable oil fuel filter warmer in cold conditions. Our filter insulators are designed to fit the Racor 1000 and 900 fuel filters. This coolant-heated fuel pick-up accelerates switch-over times in the winter by essentially “heating on demand.” This steel tube heats the oil at the source of the fuel pick-up, allowing for the most efficient heating of the oil.

The Hot Fox is constructed of stainless steel, so there is no chance of contamination between fuel and coolant. It can be rotated in the tank for easy hose alignment. It fits in a 1-5/8” hole and has a low-profile, less than 1-1/4”above tank. Three ½” FPT Ports allow for multiple set-ups. This easy to install and extremely durable unit allows for comprehensive heat coverage. This unit is coolant heated for an extra blast of heat wherever the system needs it. This heater will heat continuously past 150° F and towards boiling, depending on the volume of fluid and if the container is insulated and protected from the elements. Each unit comes with a stainless steel Guard and has an automatic shut-off. This unit can be found at Farm Stores around the country. It is very useful for heating the oil for pre-filtering use.
