2001-Newer Chevy/GMC 6.6L Engine Tankless System:

The Tankless system is a perfect system for rigs that have 2 or more tanks available. At least one will be used for SVO. However, 2 or more SVO tanks could be set-up in a linked set-up or in a self-leveling pump set-up. One HOT FOX? is suitable for tanks up to 40 Gallons. If the tank is any larger, please choose (2) or more HOT FOX? units. For Example, a 70 Gallon Tank will need (2) HOT FOX? units and a 130 Gallon Tank needs (3) HOT FOX? Units.

It truly is an in-line warmer that installs in the fuel tank. The simple 1 ½ " (38mm) diameter stainless steel tube inserts in the tank through a standard USA fuel gauge sending unit opening. Coolant passages inside the tube surround the fuel standpipe to provide excellent heat rise. The internal fuel line features an exclusive spiral design to offer larger heat exchange surface from warm coolant to cold fuel.

This System Utilizes Racor Aqua Bloc Filters with 3 different Options:
The Racor 1000FH31222 is the most cost-effective Filter, with about 100 GPH flow rate on SVO and is recommended for all applications. This is a top-loading filter and needs 10” of clearance when loading and unloading filter elements. Please check the dimensions and instructions to verify that the Racor 1000FH3122 will work for your application.

The Racor 900FH31222 is the shorter version of the 1000FH3122, with about 60 GPH flow rate on SVO. The dimensions of the 900FH3122 make it ideal for mounting underneath a bedcover. Due to the lower flow rate, this filter is only recommended for those not hauling heavy loads or with a lot of performance modifications, unless (2) 900FH3122 Filters are plumbed in parallel for double flow rate (120 GPH.) The Filter element is half of the size of the 1000FH3122 and will therefore clog in half the time. Please check the dimensions and instructions to verify that the Racor 900FH3122 will work for your application.

The Racor 6120R122 Externally Heated Filter is a great option for those that need to keep the filter out of the bed of the vehicle. This filter is a spin-on filter and can mount underneath a vehicle. It has a similar flow rate as the 1000FH3122 (100 GPH on SVO.)
